Where? Jotaro, whose quite a notable character, doesn't have that in his own NPI and the Invisibity and NPI of SP. Unless you mean "it's claimed around in Vsthreads", if so then no, I don't need to make any thread about it.

That last part doesn't really make sense given how often he left his family and worked with the Speedwagon F. to deal with problematic Stand users.

Stands aren't simply random ghost, stands is the rapprrsentation of the user spirit and personality (or generally something like that) whitin his will as part of the source for stand, and it's the psychological energy.

Anyway, not only is Part 4 Jotaro still pretty spammy with timestop, but he's way calmer and more relaxed than Part 3 Jotaro, who's way more aggressive with his powers. And he never used it for years cause he didn't get in a fight for years lmao
