    Galactic Nova should be 2-C

    At the very least have a 2-C key, even though there's absolutely no reason for its power to flactuate. In Air Riders 2 it both created many machines comparable to modern Kirby and directly fought him in combat. This is as blantant of a scaling as you can get.
