Best Jojo need more match,is it? This time he will fight a girl who also a esper, her name is Shizuri Mugino. Josuke Higashikata vs Shizuri Mugino,who would win!!?

Summary: Mugino just walking around in the city in night where she meet a mysterious guy who want her kill Josuke and pay her a so much money, accepted it, Mugino goes to Morioh city and start to find Josuke. Feels that's he in danger, Josuke then goes find out who following him for a time, there he meet Mugino and so on the fight happen, can Josuke survive and defeat her or would Mugino succesfully kill Josuke!?

-Place located in Morioh City block and road,the block are Mirror Shop, Furniture shop, and Cafe. There is street lamp and sign traffic signs in every road

-Both start in sidewalk and range is 10 meters

I'm gonna have to go with Josuke for versatility, terrain advantage and tactical intellect.

Its Morioh, so its his home ground. He knows the area well and can apply the Joestar secret technique if required. Also, Meltdowner beams are matter and quantum based so if Josuke is unable to block at any point of time and punches the laser to make it go back, it will. This will cause the energy of the beam to go back to Mugino's arms and blow them up. He can also use the buttons of his shirt to snipe Mugino both directly, and as a sneak attack (like when he sniped Kira from inside a house from behind while Kira was looking towards him). He can also create obstacles from the ground in order to momentarily block the beams. If Mugino uses her prism or whatever, he can now use reflective/refractive material for attack reflection/defence purposes too as he saw how that reflective/refractive material sent the beams everywhere.

Meanwhile, Mugino only has variants of "Ima firin ma layzer", so she is outmatched here. Josuke only has to close distance and hit her and she becomes a rock sculpture of a laser gun.
 
Tactical intellect I'm going to have to ask how so due to Mugino being one of the best mercenaries of Academy City.

Sniping Mugino is also a death sentence as counter redirect means it gets reflected into a Lazer

She also one shots with any attack as her beams ignore Durability

And to top it off.Since Josuke doesn't know they ignore Durability, he gets one shotted if he tries to reflect
 
Mugino is good but she doesn't have to deal with wacky ass Stands like Josuke does. Hence, tactics goes to him. Esper abilities aren't as bizarre in comparison.

What does counter redirect do and is it passive like Accel's shield?

Her beams may ignore dura but they take a small amount of time to burn through concrete, what gives?

At best Josuke loses an arm since Crazy Diamond is gonna punch it. This doesn't change the fact that the beam is being sent back, which means that it will home into the source, blowing up Mugino's arms again and she cannot avoid it. Not to mention, I did mention that punching a laser is a last resort move if he's unable to dodge. Josuke is extremely wary, like how he decided to block Bug-Eaten's tiny dart with a frying pan instead of punching it away.
 
Counter redirect is in the name but no it isn't passive.

You're comparing her construction beams to her combat ones, not like it matters since that would be PIS even discounting that

Josuke's snipe isn't direct (at least his button variant snipe). He throws his metallic heart shaped shirt button somewhere behind the target. Then he uses Crazy Diamond's repair ability to fix his shirt. This brings the button towards him, going through obstacles in its way. This ensures that the target will be hit from a blind spot while she is focusing on Josuke. This move shredded through Kira and nearly killed him. I don't know if Mugino would be able to react to it in time, and even if she does, it does no harm as the resulting laser will go shoot somewhere behind her.
 
It's against the rules to let someone see stands if they have no logical reason for doing so. Non Stand users not seeiing Stands happens in the series, and fights between then have also occured.

Josuke is very athletic and mobile on his own, how difficult is it to dodge her beams in her own verse?
 
Mugino's beams are made out of electrons that got stuck between being a wave and being a particle. Matter can't properly react to it, so it just breaks down on the macro-quantum level due to physics shenanigans. Silicon Burst gives her a nice AoE, since it turns one beam into a crapton of beams.

Also, since Mugino is getting paid for it, she is going to try to finish it as soon as possible. She is one of the best mercenaries of Academy City, her tactical intellect is further improved by her massive calculation prowess (Like any Level 5). Also, the beams will just go to where they were before being fired. She never fires her Meltdowner directly from her body but from meltdowner orbs she creates around herself.

So, yeah. Voting Mugino for her capacity to one-shot with any beam, being motivated by money and way superior tactical intellect.
 
I agree with Schro if this is a job Mugino will get it done quickly. I pretty sure meltdowner would just 1 shot if they are 10 meters apart.
 
He can control the direction to a degree, and since it originates from her he can definitely aim it to the point where he can kill her.

Can he make a concrete shield to protect him? I saw earlier some people said it takes time on concrete.

Oh, well then it seems although Josuke most likely destroys her if he gets in range, she probably one shots in every other scenario.

Josuke, no contest, its a test of wit and versitility. Josuke is more familiar with Morioh, getting into attack range for him should be no problem, especially since Mugino at close range have the risk of blowing herself up.

not saying we should wait a week or something just 2 days or 3 after all if it becomes a race on who makes 7 votes fatser bot will always win or just creating a club
 
It'll be pretty easy to spot who's in a "club" by seeing the same people vote on the same threads.
