I didn't see this early but is an interesting fight, I would say Mikey still wins.
We clearly know that Izana started to slow down during the fight and even considering the no plot thing his stamina is something we have to take in account and even if we say Izana>Mikey at the start at the end Mikey will just endure Izana's attacks like he did in the manga and will win at the end, also Mikey is more durable, Izana never heavily damaged Mikey during the whole fight and it was easy for him to endure his attacks but when Izana slowed down and Mikey was able to hit him Izana got damaged from the first hit.

Hope I was clear anyway in conclusion Mikey wins via durability, stamina and endurance.
