This is ultimatley a case if Bruno can zip his way all the way to Law before the latter activates Room and does a sword swipe.
For me to vote, I'll need to know the current range of the fighters and how fast Bruno can travel using his zippers.

This is a very, very bad matchup.
And even if you equalize speed, I doubt Law has better 'cutting' then Bruno, albeit he has better range.
