Here are my propositions.

Substitute shinigami arc:
Speed: Athletic human to possibly superhuman speeds
Attack potency: Below wall level (chad hit a hollow with a cell phone pole, and it didn't break, so the hollow was below wall level, linking it to a seth video).
Durability: at best Wall level

Soul Society arc:
Speed: Subsonic (Shikai) Scales to Byakuya, who's petals move "faster than the eye can see," link to a manifested favor video where blud legit spends 10 minutes saying senbonzakura should be subsonic, Subsonic (bankai) 2x faster than before, as he scales to byakuya's 2x faster petals
Attack potency: Building level (shikai) scales to yoruichi who has some minor DC feat via transforming, building level+ (bankai, can block the sokyoku)
Durability: below lightning level (can't block a byakurai from Byakuya, which means plain lightning

Full Hollow:
Speed: supersonic, can blitz ulquiorra
AP: City level, stronger than ulquiorra, who has an attack that can cause an explosion relative in size to las noches, which is only a small town sized building
Durability: city level, blocks attack from ulquiorra

Dangai Ichigo:
Speed: Massively Hypersonic: faster than Gin Ichimaru's bankai, which is mach 500
Attack potency: Mountain level: swaps away mountains with his hits
Durability: Island level (blocks hits from aizen, and then a link to a calc from Cable's calculations where blud calcs the fragor to island level)

True Shikai Ichigo
Speed: Mach 1000, link to cable's calculations post calcing the mimihagi to that fast
Attack potency: Mountain level: stronger than dangai Ichigo
durability: Island level (stronger than before)

Disagree. Gin said he lied about the speed of his Bankai, so there's nothing putting Ichigo above baseline supersonic. Although the latter estimation may be a bit exaggerated
