All of them seem evenly matched in everything except speed, so in terms of speed, it goes down to Natsu vs Naruto. I say that both Naruto and Natsu seem evenly matched as well, but I would give Natsu the slight DC advantage due to fire manip. Base Naruto isn't the kind of guy who blows up shit to get his way, so I'm gonna vote Natsu.
