I don't agree, since Thor clearly states that it was Galactus with the Power Cosmic and not the Ultimate Nullifier.

I feel like Herald Thor at least needs his P&A section updated as he doesnt even have one for the Herald key.

He is not stronger then Lifebringer Galactus due to Thor directly stating On-Panel that Thor defeats Power Cosmic Galactus, which is weaker then Lifebringer Galactus.

I disagree because life bringer Galactus is a completely different of version Galactus, also Thor stole the power stole the power of normal cosmic Galactus who is weaker than Galactus with the ultimate nullifier so you need more proof than this.

No, he doesn't Galactus gets his power stolen by Thor which is The Power Cosmic itself not Lifebringer Galactus it's all about Galactus's power not his statements since Thor would have said that it stole the powers of the Ultimate Nullifier which he didn't state. Also, you saying that Galactus states to be more powerful then ever without stating himself with the Ultimate Nullifier. Which helps my point.

No, u have no proof about it, the scan shows that Galactus is stronger than he ever has been, but doesnt matter, Thor profile doesnt have the Cosmic Key and I don't want to waste my time making it LOL, i will ask the thread be closed, when the key is made, i will make the same thread to argue about it

Your statement in no way alludes to the ultimate nullifier being used here. At best, this is the most well-fed Galactus to date.

Not gonna go too deep into this, I'm pretty neutral, though I admittedly don't like the idea of it. Just wanted to address this though:
Galactus is always Power Cosmic Galactus, him having the Power Cosmic isn't some form, nor is PC Galactus capped at a power level. Even if another PC Galactus is weaker than Lifebringer, this Galactus hasn't been one seen before, with an amp from special planets. So while I don't necessarily agree with the upgrade, this counter doesn't really make sense.
He does have a key for it. It's called "Herald of Thunder".

Also the proof his common sense. Thor only became this strong from absorbing Galactus power of cosmic it wouldn't make sense for him to be stronger than life bringer Galactus who is on the same lvl with Lord chaos and master order. Also there are different continuity in marvel.
