What evidence is there that thanos took out the full power of the living tribunal and cosmic abstracts and not just one universe and m bodies? I'd really like to know

Because the concept of universal LT is something that has never existed in Marvel, I'm not sure where people started to believe that M-Body=weaker avatar of the entity but it should be a false claim.

Jim Starlin introduced the concept that there is a separate Living Tribunal for each universe. All other writers seem to disagree though.
