Uh ok. Right off the bat it's a 2-C vs a Low 2-C so that's nice. Thor has a pretty hefty AP advantage right off the bat. Thor's immortality is irrelevant since Gods can be killed in marvel. And I'm not even going to go over all of the ways Thor outhaxes Hit into oblivion. Hit's time stop is the only thing he has going for him, and Thor is so much more experienced then Goku, who was able to successfully counter his time stop, it's not a stretch to say that Thor will spank Hit and kill him.
