Rick has ways around most of Nyar's powers, and so could potentially score a win, through very specific, possible circumstances- assuming Nyar even has a weakness to exploit.
However, Nyar has reality warping, which can interfere with any of Rick's plans, being within reality, and telepathy, which can uncover any tricks that Rick may have thought up.
It's not impossible for Rick to win, but it's FAR less likely given his opposition.

Rick's intellect is massively overrated to be honest, his best intellect feat was him beating a citadel of his exact copies, these copies that can create Portal guns and such technology.
Rick's intellect is comparable to the Writer, as Rick is literally his self-insert / OC, I'm not kidding, the Writer admitted this himself.
