I think Neo here can technically bypass the 20 lives thing. Flight, AP advantage. Time haxx is a pain, but I'm leaning on Neo rn.

I'm also leaning towards Neo. He can one shot fairly simply, even with time hax. She'll find it difficult to due damage due to the AP gap. The fact that he can fly means he can reach her more easily than most other contestants.

Yeah she doesn't have the advantage of being able to take cover underground or escape on flight.

This makes me wonder if Neo can take on Beheaded...

I guess it's probably for a similar reason that he thinks Neo beats Han. Which seems fair.

Between the two, I also think that Neo stands a better chance of beating the beheaded (with x2 or x4 amplifiers on the beheaded though I think he could win). For reasons stated above My vote goes to Neo.
