We don't do erasplits on Marvel files, so yeah all of the characters are "composite" of all 616 comics, save for one or two here and there.

The reason Dr. Strange wins is: One shot
Both use Thought based haxes. Dr. Strange starting move is varied, while Enerjak goes straight to Atomization, which is conceptual.
While Dr. Strange has Low Godly, so does Al & Cal, who were almost wiped out by the Ultimate Annihilator. Enerjak would upscale from the Ultimate Annihilator plus Super Sonic erasing Al & Cal, but that doesn’t necessarily mean from Atomization.
Can Enerjak effect Dr. Strange, due to the dimensionality gap?

If that’s the case, Enerjak would win, since his thought based Hax is more in character to use at the beginning of the fight than Dr. Strange’s.
