he doesn't, type 1 abstract can regenerate as long as the concept exists, but they can't regenerate the concept itself
abstracts type 1 like lucifer exist as an abstraction, so CM type 1 would just destroy the said abstraction making it not exist for him to come back
well he can then his whole existence is getting erased from creation. and his concept to be his father counterpart doesn't exist no more
his description only ever describes his history being erased, not his concept tho
