Yaldabaoth already affects Type 4 concepts on his profile, and Cognition turns Type 4 concepts into Type 2. Joker resists that. So yes, Joker resists Type 2 concept manip. It just hasn't been properly listed on his profile, which will be fixed once the General Revisions CRT is up.

Again, extremely dubious to say the least. Again, a MASSIVE swathe of all that the supporters has listed is already resisted and only a few would actually affect Genm, and those are sidestepped or doesn't qualify for victory conditions anyways.

It doesn't. It's not even affecting Data itself that blocks his chances of victory- it's that of the listed and given examples of Incap, literally none of them are as of present viable at all due to them being resisted or circumvented.

Resisted how, exactly? Kuroto has no base resistance to any of Joker's hax save for an immunity to Soul Manip, which as we've established, doesn't matter since Joker's hax doubles as Information Manip.

Even though Kuroto can grant himself new resistances, if he's mindhaxed into wanting to give up, he's not going to.

He doesn't resist all of them, Panic and Sleep are literally what gave the FRAs.
