Glass Cracking; Does This Affect Speed?

So, glass is a strange phenomenon in which when it cracks, it apparently starts out slow, but it gets up to around Mach 4. It was a thing I found in a video of someone recording glass breaking in 10 million frames/second (camera tech has really gone this far). Here's the video.: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mv48tq3j4Bc If one were to give glass breaking the right conditions/setup, would reacting to glass breaking qualify as Supersonic+/Hypersonic reactions?
