I am not sure why you're so stuck with Void. The Light was just a manifestation of the vast absence behind reality in Animal Man from where Universes unfold whereas its completely different in Williamson's. I don't think the Great Darkness even exists there. You just seem to be looking at it on a very superficial level.

Well, an "At least Extraordinary Genius" rating might be warranted, given that he is sometimes displayed as comparable to Brainiac.
 
Okay. Lex is a bit uncertain though, as I don't think he has any actual feats quite on that scale. It is more about scaling from his interactions with Brainiac and TBWL.

Yeah I think his scaling is pretty solid in that regard. But we could leave it as "possibly" if that's preferable.
 
Hmm. Maybe "At least Extraordinary Genius" for Lex and "Extraordinary Genius" for Batman then? Or should Lex also just get a regular "Extraordinary Genius" rating, with him sometimes holding his own against Brainiac or TBWL being considered as plot-induced stupidity?

I dunno about 2A and 1C tbh. Normally, he is performing below Tier 2. Rather than a concrete rating something like Varies upto 2A suits him better tbh. Removing the whole "Earth Sorcerers amp" bullshit too. Since, contextually it was more of a downgrade compared to the power at his disposal during point of time.

I do not remember the specifics surrounding that sentence, but "threatening creation" is too unspecific a term in itself. It could just mean destabilising the local universe in an unknown manner.
