For me, it's like incon, but leaning towards Cinder.
The match can go either way, so I'd be more willing to bet on incon, but if I was forced to, I'd probably put my money on Cinder to clutch it out in the end.

Yeah iv been in two garou threads in this week alone and have seen others goig on a pretty consistent theme is garou supporters hav never once posted a single shred of evidenc for Garou's skill yet continually insist he is more skilled than whoever he is facing

Plus, Cinder's versatility, mobility, and aura advantages would make it hard for her to touch, let alone take down.
Even if you were to argue Garou is the more skilled fighter (the gap isn't big here), he still needs to overcome all of these disadvantages.

I did. As of yet no one has given an argument for Garou WINNING, only that he is more skilled. Cinder has a ton of other advantages over him that havent been addressed yet.

- Aura protects her from grievous damage initially

Doesn't really matter considering Garou can just wait until Cinder comes back down.

Garou's been shown to bridge gaps of 13x and 15x with his evolution. 2x is nothing.
Garou gained Heat Resistance due to his adaption. The same adaption that is in this key. If given the circumstances, he would just gain the resistance.
I don't know what these do.

- Superhuman Physical Characteristics
- Supernatural Willpower (Garou's drive to become a monster and defeat heroes has allowed him to power through massive amounts of punishment. Through his strong willpower, he overcame several near-death experiences and successfully gained explosive growth without losing his mind at all, unlike many others, who became mindless after doing so)
- Master Martial Artist (Is a prodigy with a natural sense for combat, and utilizes the Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist, an advanced martial arts style and was originally Bang's finest disciple before being forced out of his dojo)
- Acrobatics (Can leap onto walls and maneuver around while in mid-air. Can latch onto walls by gripping the creases between the bricks and onto trees by digging into the bark)
- Adaptation (His self-styled martial arts evolves freely during combat. Adjusted his eyes to view small projectiles in darkness in a short period of time. His senses supposedly became sharper over the course of his hero hunt)
- Reactive Evolution (His power increases rapidly when fighting strong opponents. Stated to have grown much stronger in a short period of time)
- Transformation (Through repeated near-death experiences, Garou furthered the process of monsterization, with his encounter with Bug God and Royal Ripper pushing him to becoming a Half-Monster)
- Attack Reflection (Returned Tanktop Master's strength onto himself two-fold)
- Technique Copying (Copies the fighting styles of his opponents and transforms them into his own. Analyzed and counteracted Tanktop Master's attacks, allowing him to anticipate the former's attacks, and used the Tanktop Blow himself. Assumed the movements of Watchdog Man against Genos. Used the Whirlwind Iron Cutting Fist after only witnessing the technique once)
- Air Manipulation (Able to create air pressure capable of cutting his opponents and surroundings from a distance using Whirlwind Iron Cutting Fist)
- Regeneration (High-Low. Recovered from his injuries from Tanktop Master in the span of a day, albeit with bandages)
- Enhanced Senses (Abandonment requires keen eyesight. Determined that Blue Fire used a concealed flamethrower from a distance. - Analytical Prediction (Blocked and parried all of Tanktop Master's attacks, according to his recollection, anticipating all of his movements. Predicted the trajectory of Golden Ball's attacks by watching his hand. Can analyze a target's line of sight, posture, and center of gravity in order to predict a multitude of hypothetical movements. Evaded all of Quiver's arrows without seeing them, simply by knowing his attacks)
- Statistics Amplification (Went from being incapable of fighting back against Death Gatling's team to effortlessly reducing their numbers to half upon using Awakening Breath, honing in on his eyesight and ability to predict his opponent's movements)
- Rage Power (Experienced a surge in strength despite being beaten to near-death through sheer rage)
- Fear Inducement (Emanated an aura that frightened Tanktop Master to the point of wanting to kill him)
- Afterimage Creation (Left behind an afterimage that fooled Metal Bat and created several afterimages)
- Immense Pain Tolerance (Shrugged off the Tanktop Tackle, which caused great damage to his nose and smiled at a punch which caused him bleed profusely from his mouth. All of her attacks that arent basic punches and kicks. Her fire attacks, projectile weapons, ice, lightning, etc.
Seeing as Cinder loves to spam ranged attacks with her maiden powers, thats not really a guarantee

She can freely control the trajectory and shape of her arrows as well as cause them to break down and reform at will to bypass an attempted interception. If he tries to deflect her arrow, she just makes it go around his deflection and hit him anyways.

You don't adapt to stats. That's what Reactive Evolution is, which Garou does have in this key.
