No, it is not lmao. He got hit a few times by Royal Ripper and Bug God and was able grow to where he could bring them both to their knees, saying that none of their attacks would be able to hit him anymore. They only were able to kill Garou afterwards because he was distracted by outside influence.

His evolution is still not that great he can still get heavily damaged after evolving unlike SCP 682. Not to mention the player have so many haxes he can’t adapt to all of them before he die

This is unlikely. He'd not only be adapting resistances but he'd also be growing in durability speed and AP. Player does not have enough AP to bypass Garou's type 2 immortality nor enough abilities without wind-up that Garou can't grow to overcome via speed. Remember, the fight ends the moment Garou gets within melee range.

Alright. I do believe that Garou takes this ableit with extreme difficulty. Player will try to spam ults to no avail and even use contact spells to temporarily paralyze and hit garou but yeah Garou will eventually take this.
