Things that are extremely unlikely such as Ruby pushing her out of the way and the baseball game canonically can take her by surprise.

Sapphire can only see one certain future

She flat out says that her Future Vision as Garnet is due to Ruby's influence

If she only sees one future, then she couldn't have seen an unlikely possibility and be surprised when it happens, she should have just seen one single possibility; that line legit makes no sense.

Dude that insinuates that just about every hit she takes is PIS. THe more reasonable assumption here would simply be "precog isn't as good as you're making it out to be".

@Weekly Then why would Garnet's precog be able to tell where Ral lands 100% of the time?

Okay, so why does Garnet win in the case Ral planeswalks to another location?

Yea, seems as if Ral planeswalks away for a moment, realizes his thunder doesn't work, comes back and energy drains/BFRs because his regular attacks ain't doing jack.

Because she sees that if she lets him planeswalk she'll lose him so she oneshots him before he planeswalks

Didn't we debate her precog isn't perfect?

He starts at range though, and planeswalking is fast.

@Pixel Its not perfect when it comes to predicting things as improbable as his erratic planeswalking but when it comes to straightforwards abilities like his electrical attacks as well as seeing that he can teleport she'd know to take him out before he does so

Close the gap of 4km before he thinks for a little while?

That still seems to be enough time to get a planeswalk off, as its generally pretty fast. Just gotta focus for a little bit and boom. You're in a different universe.

Garnet quite literally needs all of .000002 seconds to cross the gap, 0.000001 seconds to get in range with her ranged attacks

He would certainly use planeswalking if his strongest abilties fail.

Speed being equalized equalizes stuff in a relative manner. It's like a few seconds relative to the already MHS planeswalkers.

Speed is equalized so don't think we can calculate that, also, Garnet is not that fast in movement speed, not sure about the other guy.

If he's not hitting anything he probably would try that, though. Ral doesn't really stick around for prolonged fights, from what I remember of him.

Speed equal doesn't work like that.

Ral's reactions would be equalized; so he'd be reacting to her as if she was running at him at normal speeds.

Planeswalking is thought-based.

Dargoo took the words out of my mouth. At this range, he'll planeswalk pretty soon, especially with how destructive Garnet is and how his attacks, if he uses them, will barely tickle her. After that, he planeswalks away, collects his bearings, teleports back and BFRs or Energy Drains, and if that doesn't work, retreat and try again.

I believe so. 200 meters is a lot more than 20, so he'll have just that tiniest bit of time longer to planeswalk away.

I vote Ral, very high diff.
