i dunno either, would like to know more elaboration how her TK work tbh, i thought she needs to see him but could be wrong

She wouldn't be able to directly catch him if she's trying to directly TK him and he keeps moving nonstop near her at blitz speeds.
If she does a large AOE attack lile creating a city wide barrier and compresses it or Steven moves away too far it would be easy for her to spot him and react to him with TK
