I'm sure it would yield Continental again. A bunch of amped island level characters combining an attack which is later multiplied by over a thousand times would make it Multi Continental for sure.

where did you get 1000 times form? manga is 5-7 times anime its 14 times with sound , without sound its 10 plus merlins buff which could be 1.5x to 2x but 2x is better since cursed of light novel said merlin doubled their power.

I can't remember where the Lake is, but it's worth noting that it's not the centre of Britannia. So it's going to be higher in some way, but even using 300 miles as our radius only gets slightly over baseline Country level results.
