Galand has always been physically stronger than Melascula's humanoid form, but Melascula relies on darkness powers.

Remember, this is the character who got her neck snapped by Ban, and has a physical strength on par with Gowther.

No. Speed asked me the hypothetical rating of combined Meland if it included the creature that ate Tristan's enchantment. Enchantment Tristan alone is a bit over 6.

Also, a + needs 55 teratons.
