Flashy Flash and Ōgon Seishi speed scaling CRT

I was fine with applying the 7-A rating and finding out who scales, but the calc maker and some of the calc members want to wait for the anime to cover the scene in order to get a proper timeframe. So at the moment, I don't believe it can be applied.

Though with the new Orochi feat it may be less of an issue.

Saitama said that he "won't have to go easy on Orochi" strongly implying that he's less casual than usual. Then later on in the battle, as Saitama is rushing towards Orochi he gets tagged and caught. I'm not sure if this scales to his reactions or speed in general, but it could scale to his attack speed.

Other than that, Saitama took Orochi more seriously than Rover and even got his cape burnt by Orochi at the same level of casualness as when he was fighting Rover. This should give Orochi an upgrade to Massively Hypersonic+, scaling above Rover.

More on-topic, I agree with a 'possibly' ranking for GS and Orochi scaling their AP and speed to Tatsumaki.

Murata said that GS is physically more powerful than Orochi but lacks the Monster King's skill.

So to sum up

• Flashy Flash scaling is rejected

• Ryu is fine with adding a "possibly" rating to GS/Orochi

So if everyone agrees with it, both can become "7-A (Stronger than Gouketsu), possibly High 6-C (ONE stated that GS could fight a peak condition Tornado)" with speed being "At least Massively Hypersonic+, likely Sub-Rel".

For me, Orochi and GS should outright scale to tornado, a bit of a personal opinion but i don't think Tatsumaki would stomp Orochi, but we should wait for the future, i don't think Orochi is going down this easily, 99% he returns.

25/5/2018 Murata: Orochi's attacks should have more collateral damage, in particular the walls of Monster Association should melt from the extreme heat of his breath. I didn't have time to finish that before handing the chapter in.

Murata: Beefcake is 10 times bigger than Orochi. And Orochi is going to showcase his disgusting powerful skills, he will become even stronger. If the three generals under Boros work together against Orochi...Let me think...If they plan it properly they could have a very minimal chance of winning, almost next to nothing. After all it's still unsure if Tatsumaki can beat Orochi.

I'm fine with Qawsed's summary. I don't think Orochi and GS should be straight up High 6-C solely based off of one slightly ambiguous statement.

It is a statement from mangaka and he knows way better than us.

It is not like an outlier or anything.

Yes the statement is reliable and isn't contradicted, but only if we take our interpretation. And while I agree that our interpretation is more likely, it's not a definite 'GS would put up a good fight against Tats' statement.

About Orochi, I believe the calculation would be the best choice. We know that the deed was solid rock melting through the statements will give a good number in my opinion.

We also have this Atomic Samurai speed feat, cutting a lightning bolt several times. Certain is a good number
