First Key Firestorm temporarily downed an Omac Drone (Which are apparently 4-B) and seemingly took out Black Adam, the Royal Flush Gang and Queen Bee in an explosion

Second Key Firestorm already scales to Kalibak and Orion, who're both casually 4-B

So yeah, Firestorm should be 4-B

I would make the first key something like “At most 4-B” or “4-B at peak” since he needed a full power blast to take down the OMAC drone and said it wouldn’t keep it down for long.

Second key being straight 4-B is fine.
