So my calcs for dodging Meteor, Bolting, and Hoarfrost got accepted, so we need to decide whether we're going to use them or not. Meteor and Bolting should definitely usable, but we need to decide if we're ok with using the Hoarfrost calc

Hoarfrost does only scale to God Tiers so I am perfectly fine with using it.

I agree that the FTL feat should only scale to god tiers. And as for the Bolting, I think it's best to still consider it real lightning as it's consistent throughout the franchise. And I agree with verse wide Massively Hypersonic+ speed upgrades.
