Fight for the strongest MFTL+ character Round 1: Flash (Wally West) vs The Emperor of Mankind

Flash's absorption most likely works in an entirety different way than Psyker's does and I don't even see a resistance to absorption on Emperor's page (at least in the key that's being used).

Brain then, what differentiates his brain from the rest of his body?
 
Emperor is the pinnicle of Psykers he resists literally everything they can do. Either way stealing speed isn't going to do shit. It's just another form of absorption.
 
I'm mean inconclusive?

Flash cannot put Emps down and Emps cannot even raise a finger before getting punched one quadrillion times by Flash with the massive speed difference
 
Getting punched like that won't do shit since he's significantly above gigafoe characters and has 1-A Regen/immortality anyways. Eventually yhe emperor gets to think, the timestream of the entire materium is halted, and flash goes bye bye.
 
The speed difference means his thoughts are way slower than Flash doing all he can do and more.

Once the Emprah manages to think he will have to hop into the warp and back to the battlefield only to get blitzed again, that or precog from the warp and hax from there if h le can
 
@Zaratthustra Ok so he can think without a brain, ok then, does the mind also have MFTL+ speed?

@EmperorRorepme I suggest making a CRT for that, I have no doubt you're right but Psykers can't absorb speed and it's basically accepted that Flash can speed steal anything that's slower than him because no-one has a resistance.

Ok so assuming Emperor can still think gg despite Flash speed stealing his brain, can he think gg from within the Speed Force? Since he cannot move to just go in the warp or something.
 
He can totally go in the warp because hes a warp god. Can't really BFR him lile that. Warps primarily thought based anyways. The mind technically is irrelevant/immeasurable, because it's his 1-A, but it's kinda weird to day it like thst.


Also he def resists stats reduction or else chaos would be free by now.
 
That's NLF. I don't need to make an CRT for that it's pretty much common knowledge at this point. Also it doesn't matter if Psykers don't absorb speed. Flash's thing is either physic manipulation or kinetic energy absorption. Neither will work.

Flash can't do anything. Let's assume Emperor has his physical body completely sealed. His Warp part can still function easily.
 
Also why can't he just like freeze the materium's timestream from afar, or have it cast in reserve the instant he returns, or cast some harmful aura before coming back so flash instantly dies next time he goes for a touch, or just not get teleported away in the first place because it's not like chaos can do that to him

Why is it a rinse and repeat when he can just stop time from far away? Lesser psykers like ahriman **** with the materium from outside it all the time.
 
Flash isn't going to throw Emperor anywhere. He probably can't even make Emperor move an inch and speed steal isn't shit to the Emperor. Emps just thinks.

All right so Chaos can't BFR emperor so you'd have to CRT that on his page.

Hmm I am kinda reluctant to just call speed steal a stat debuff, Flash for instance was able to move his speed around which isn't something you just do with one of your stats cause they are supposed to be abstract.

Also you'd have to CRT that resistance to stat debuffs as well, it'll probably get accepted but just saying since I was going off the information on his page you know.

Is Emperor that heavy that Flash can't move him? Also currently Flash's profile says that he can BFR with a touch... but vibrating the Emperor through the earth and creating a portal beneath them should also be within his capabilities.

Tho if speed steal and BFR work, Emperor would have to use his immeasurable mind to get out and thus be disqualified from strongest MFTL+ I think.

Only movement and combat speed is used for the thread that they can do with their body, not for mind, technique or skill.
 
I mean if it's some sort of abstract ability. Emperor resists. If it's physics manipulation. Emperor resists. If it's kinetic energy absorption, Emperor resists.

@EmperorRorepme Hmm I suppose so, well without the speed steal the BFR is kinda useless even if it works I guess since I assume the Emperor can come back from another multiverse or even a higher plane of reality (in case the Speed Force is Low 1-C), I should note that it took Superboy-Prime several months to escape the Speed Force despite being able to escape the Phantom Zone (although that feat might not be entirely just) but that's probably not gonna matter to the Emperor?
 
Ah ok, well I was kinda hoping when I made the thread that Emperor would have to move to get himself out of the BFR but Wok said it's thought-based and since speed-steal gets resisted that renders the entire point mute. Thank you for replying.

I accept Flash gets stomped and will make round 2 tomorrow and post it here.
 
are we counting 4e D&D characters with 1-A hax and MFTL+ attack speed
 
@Mr. Bambu not sure I mean Emperor is allowed, here is the thread.

@Zachary I made this thread under the assumption that Speed steal worked and that the Warp was not purely thought-based so that the Emperor would have to at least move a bit to get into the warp, I have been proven wrong and hence this thread can be closed.
