Fairy Tail Hundred Year Quest Discussion Thread 11

Am I the only one that think it makes no sense how Wendy can enter DF at will (even though it was said 1st gen need strong elements to even enter that form) but Natsu nor Gajeel can do that
 
But natsu can do it at will, He just doesn't want ruin most of his fights because his is stupid op compared to other forms of DF.
 
Natsu has used Dragon Force at will on 2 occasions

He was the first of the 1st Generation Dragon Slayers to use at will

He however only pulls it out against the final bosses, he only used it against Etherious Mard Geer and Zeref, who were like the God Tiers of the arc
 
Also another thing is that when Irene says you haven't even used 1% of power, that's consistent with the scaling if Irene means that her 100% is Deus Sema, so that works pretty well with scaling
 
Wendy was using less than 1% of Irene's Power in the moment, assuming Irene's 100% is Deus Sema, that's hella consistent
 
I'm glad we got Dragon Force completely clarified

Dragon Force is a form that Dragon Slayers use to access the power of a Full Dragon without actually turning into one, it's the power of a Full Dragon Transformation but in Human Form, hence why it's the ultimate state of a Dragon Slayer. The reason characters who use Dragon Force don't go Full Dragon while using this power is because of the Dragons within giving them anti-bodies.

Full Dragon Forms like Acnologia and Irene are a Dragon Force gone wrong that wasn't haulted by a Dragon Anti-bodies.

So the reason Dragon Eaters Dragon Force slowly turns them into Dragons is because they have no anti-bodies.
 
I imagine the Guild Master of Diabolos will be able to use Dragon Force and retain his sanity, being able to go back and forth from the states at will like Acnologia can.

Thinking about it, the 5 main DS should probably get some minor resistance to transmutation when it's about dragonification process as they have anti-bodies to combat the transformation.

At first, I really wasn't a fan that Irene was back, but she really isn't back in the true sense, she's definitely dead, I mean she's basically like the Beta Heaven versions of Zeref and Mavis she's basically an A.I. With the personality of Irene that is within Wendy, I think her real soul is likely in the afterlife, but I think it's fun since Wendy and Irene's interactions and dynamic are really cool and fun, it's honestly better than her relationship with Erza, both are Female Dragon Slayers who use Enchantment Magic, she's the perfect mentor for Wendy
 
Here's the big question though, once Irene gets a new body I wonder if she will join the Fairy Tail guild?

Also with all the talk of life and death and its relation to magic going on in fairy tail, it feels more and more like magic is tied to a persons consciousnesses, their thoughts and memories, rather than a physical body or even soul which I do find quite interesting.

Wait, since when the god tier characters go back to Continents Level? I have beens absent for a month or two, do anyone have the CRT?
 
Shouldn't Wendy have Multiple Personalities since well....thats exactly what Irene is and she can even forcibly take control of Wendy as she sees fit.

On another note, Natsu's LFDM Roar should be deleted from the verse's page and he should just scale to 7-B based on his fight with Hades and for eating Laxus' lightning. Like I said before, pulverization for fire and lightning is a literal nonsense and the vaporization result is the mathematically accurate in this case, which is an outlier for the cast at that point.

It's the same thing that moved Zancrow from 7-C to Low 7-B, except that this time I don't think there's any justification for an upgrade.
 
Ok, that Natsu would be 7-B anyways since he fought Hades who should scale above Franmalth
 
Yeah, only LFDM Natsu, Base Natsu did nothing to Hades even with everyone's help
 
Yeah, I just never actually thought about Hades being superior to Franmalth, but he should absolutely be since Franmalth only used a fraction of his power
 
You're just being fair and doing your job, I know that's true since you're the same with One Piece and plenty of other verses
 
Odd that no one thought Hades was stronger than Franmalth when that was part of my argument for the Low 7-B and 7-B upgrade. Clearly you guys are just a FRA train ovo
 
So it was what I was thinking of but misremembered the OVA part. Would that even count considering it's an Omake? Pretty sure those are non canon gags.

Why does every single Top Strongest video of Fairy Tail Characters have Gray above Laxus, Jellal, Gajeel, Erza, etc.

Why the hell do people wank Gray, his feats aren't that impressive compared to those above, he's cool, but not a Top or God Tier
 
I think it has to do with Gray always being depicted as Natsu's main rival throughout the series. While this is for the most part the case, that doesn't mean he is necessarily stronger compared to the others.
