I hop into a car abandoned by someone as they ran from the earthquake, due to a shelf of rock pushing out of the ground and blocking the car's path.

The ground shakes again, and the rock slips back into the ground, freeing up my path. How very lucky!

I start driving away from the maniacs behind me.

I predicted this so I jump out of the way and continue my attack.

I stop the car because someone is following me and wait for them to catch up.

I put down the window.

Far more arms that could be counted appear and dig themselves into the sides of the rift, slowly attempting to pull it back together

I predicted this so I jump out of the way and continue my attack.

I use my Class T lifting strength to hold the candy guy in place with many normal arms as i repeat what i've already done, but succesfully this time

I look down and see the chaos in the city while the powered people are fighting.

Man, it hasn't even been 10 minutes. What a mess.

I notice there's lava in the ground and start to inhale some of it.

Man, this stuff feels incredible. I feel so much more stronger compared to when I first got my powers.

I fly a little closer to the guys who are fighting.

"Guys, can you not? We just got to this new planet and there's so many other things we could be doing."

I open the door for them.

Around 100 arms appear in a sphereical formation around the candy man, before their fingers grow into full arms, and those hand's fingers grow into full arms,.....

this repeats about 10 times in extremely rapid succesion, creating a nigh-inescappable latice of arms

The door's a bit too small. "My name is Odd. It is okay, I can keep up." I jog alongside the car.

I start charging up an attack.

[Uh, you're taking multiple punches from a dozen arms.] Seeing that this doesn't work, I jam one of my arms on his mouth in an attempt to overload his body with mochi.

I start the car again and continue driving as they start jogging beside me.

he instinctively attempts to move out of the way, but the gas arms are "anchored" inside of him through several exremely small arms and around 100 arms end up sticking out of his torso

the mouth-arm then says "Dude, you need to stop, and i'm thiiiiiiiis close to launching you in the general direction of the sun and forgetting about you."

even though the candy man detaches a massive section of his torso, the arms appear anyways, sticking out of his head and whats left of his torso

[It actually does, high mid covers getting chunked, or even just regenerating from a small chunk of body. I think One Piece high mid tends to be reforming after getting blown to bits.]
