Powers:
The Book of Life: Second Volume
An improvement on the previous usage of the Book of Life, increasing its potency greatly. In terms of new uses, first, the previous aura has been extended to 1km. Additionally, as part of the “price” of attacking the user, anyone who does so now also experiences the mental pain any of their actions cause while in this area.

Within this area, Phaun also becomes aware of and has control over any life and death powers, preventing the usage of life creation, manipulation, resurrection, necromancy, or death manipulation in this area unless she “approves” it, overriding other controls

Additionally, she can grant life to any non living thing by touching it or by making contact with it from any energy she manipulated, granting it life as a new life form of her choice loyal to her, with powers based on its original form and up to 1 trait from her.
She can also amp all of her stats with life energy


Gatekeeper’s Glory:
An improvement of the previous ability of portal creation increasing its potency. In addition to boosted capabilities, due to increased control over her portals on a fundamental level and improvements to the fundamentals behind the Gatekeeper ability, portals/transportation by portals can now not be negated, forcibly closed, prevented from opening, or manipulated/interfered with by others.

Additionally, she has gained the ability to “refract” her appendages through portals, meaning that if only an appendage is inserted in a portal, it can appear in more than one portal, allowing it to be in multiple places at once. With her precision portals, she may now also transport status effects/continuous effects applied to something away from somewhere to remove them and place them somewhere else.

As God’s Will: “God’s will is perfect, God’s will is absolute, God’s will is omnipresence”. Not only she have the perfect mind impervious to trickery, mischief, or any kind of mental interference and damage, her mind also allow her the perfect mastery of herself, her ability and her skill, which allow them to be used as will and as her whims (limit to cap hax). Her ability, skill and resistance now can also affect where her sense can see

The Devouring Light: “The light of god shall devour all of creation”. Her lightning now become amorphous beast, hungry to devour everything it touch and convert it to lightning, further fueling her power. The lightning is alive and sentient, and like her, be able to take on all form, shape and size, and since they’re connected to her, they can share their will and information back to her and vice versa.

Character: Fate Grand Order, preferably Merlin with time travel, magecraft resistances, and type 9 immortality restricted (type 5 as well if it actually does anything)

Custom Power:

Following the ongoing trend, all of Elfen's Dreaming abilities have become even more potent, with new ones being revealed and old ones being strengthened. They can now make far greater and more precise alterations to reality, but they still can't affect people this way. Even the creation of more abstract entities, such as minds, souls and other incorporeal existences, is within Elfen's power.
Unlike before Elfen can more accurately and easily look into other worlds and possesses an enhanced awareness of their existence (time lines, other universes, pocket realities, other layers of reality, etc.).

However the greatest difference lies in Elfen's improved control of the fabric of all existence: space-time. They can manipulate coordinates to shift around spaces. Most of the distance between two points can now be increased or decreased by them. Higher spatial dimensions are now theirs to travel and - to an extent - control. This allows for far greater mobility, a place to retreat to and the ability to mess with the plane in which one normally resides. Elfen can fuse worlds and separate them. Time stops while worlds are fused or separated, but Elfen can’t normally interact with either world while they’re in the process of fusing or separating. They can, however, switch and shuffle what belongs to which world when separating them. Elfen has also acquired the ability to time travel an infinitesimal amount into the past or future. This allows for more than one of them to exist at the same time (3 max), but they can’t directly interfere with each other. The ring of ‘light’, that could be used to manipulate the space of things upon contact, can now be formed into any shape Elfen desires. They can force everything in an area that has been designated in advance to move in one direction through space-time manipulation (though the speed at which they move may be different). Further new additions are time slow and acceleration on a universal scale and space-time barriers.

Powers:

- Transcendental Power: The one who dreams transcends all. Elfen can temporarily improve a single attack/ability to great effect. This may be by changing the area of effect, the ability's directions, its targets or the method of deliviering its effects (nothing above the cap, so no instant hits and the like). This can't be used as long as it's in effect on another ability. It can also increase its effectiveness by increasing the ability's potency and decreasing the target's defenses, though doing so requires some charge up time.

- Power Reversal: Elfen can reverse the attributes of a single attack/ability at a time, similarly to Trascendental Power. This can also be used on the attacks/abilities of others. However Power Reversal can only target external abilities with effects that are limited in scale (so nothing gets screwed over at planetary to universal scale because of something like reversed causality manipulation).
