I grab my gun and start shooting at the demonic things, aiming for their heads. While doing so, i follow Heteka's Butlers.

"Hmm, Grimm is interested since it sounds similar to what Grimm used to do"

"I must just going to guess that boom was one of them. Now what to do about this."

I then use my powers to freeze everything in the room before trying to use the ice and my wings to push myself out.

"Heketa, what do we do now ?"

I telepatically ask her confused.

[I would just like to inform you that when we are in gaseous state we cannot talk ... although I doubt that we can do it because we are dead!]

Due to s e r v a n t i m m u n i t y Koharu doesn't take damage from the explosion and instead enters spirit form

Luminaris had used his own intangibility to remain unaffected by the attack.

Being launched through a wall was mildly painful, although the massive explosion going off near me sets me more on edge. Hoping to use it as a distraction, I throw myself back at the beast, repeatedly using the same attack as before and utilzing Aiki to, hopefully, redirect any intended attacks.

[I know the difference, I just wanted to point this out ... however, I will avoid spitting on the fact that we survived ... even if technically we shouldn't be)

"I recall Heteka saying that the demons can draw power from heat and electricity, I believe this might be what they are doing to interfere with our abilities, we must seek out the power source of this base, that is where we will find the source of this."

Luminaris says as he exits the room he is in and looks around the area.

Koharu exits the room and looks around, trying to find any other demons with her enhanced senses and Saika while still in spirit form

I leave the gaseous form and then touch all the others, canceling the effect of the spell and making them return to normal.

Somehow you all survived, maybe you've all grown a bit stronger?

Tset makes several deep cuts, but the demon's tail shoots out and wraps around his leg and the demon starts dragging Tset towards its mouth.

"Luminaris is correct, we should get to the power source." Heteka replies.

Silas doesn't find any thoughts and the sensation is gone.

A few more demons creep towards the group, but then they turn around and disappear into the walls.

Alexander is unable to freeze large parts of the hallway, but he's able to get out of the floor nonetheless.

Nanaya is able to splatter the heads of some demons, but others are a bit tougher. Shooting them more does the trick though.

"We're following Thermal towards the power source of the base." Sonar says as she shreds several demons to pieces with soundwaves and Diustre and Tarak both move around in the shadows taking out demons left and right.

"I'm glad to hear that. So do you have any questions or should I just get the contract?" Admiral Bass asks.

"Grimm doesn't currently have any question"

"In the moment that I expanded my domain, I saw the area of the power source, follow me."

Luminaris says as he begins running towards the location of the power source he saw before his domain lost power, remaining on guard and ready to fight as he goes.

I follow Luminaris as I create a trail of light thanks to mage light to see in the dark.

"I wonder what that was about, a defence mechanism or perhpas something to do with the Demons.Whatever it was I should be more careful."


I then continue moving through the hallways flying through them while in Spirit Form.

Koharu exits spirit form and follows Luminaris

Immediately, I swing my sword at an angle parallel with the exact middle of the beast, throwing a vertical blade of wind for dead center mass while also yanking on its tail to pull it closer.

I follow Luminaris shorty behind Heketa.

I stay near Heteka and the others, being ready to cut down any threats that appear.

Rompot Follows Luminaris

"Geez Magnus, the darkness is not really that good at stopping me and Gondlir to use our powers"

Rompot saided in a sarcastic tone

"Not my fault if the darkness is inconsistent"

I respond, while pouting a bit.

"C'mon pal, don't be so upset"

Rompot put his arm over Magnus' sholder

"Making mistakes are a part of being human. Luckly for me, i am not one"

Rompot saided the last part in a playful tone

Beerko shrugs and follows, she finishes off her Bud Light and pulls out a beer bottle, she starts chugging.

Daniel had been walking along the highway for a good while, pondering the fact that he may have been a bit unprepared when he left the city, not even grabbing any food, when the car pulled up next to him. After hearing the man's offer, he smiled. "Sure, why not? I'll take a lift." He then walked over to the passenger's side of the truck in order to get in.

"Got it. You know where that is?" I start slashing shockwaves at the Demons alongside the bullets. I make it so they harmlessly pass through my allies and hit the demons with full force.

@Doom hobos

Tset is able to cut the beast in half and notices that the others have begun moving.

While flying through the hallways, Alexander notices Nanaya and Heteka's employees running trough the base.

Grondlir notices that the light he creates is still very dim.

Beerko still doesn't have any booze.

"Yes, we're almost there." Sonar says to Nanaya.

A bit further in the hallway Thermal is waiting for them.

Both groups continue further without any more demons attacking them and they both reach the energy source at the same time.

There a person that some may recognize awaits them along with a swarm of demons. That person is Charley Despo, one of the people that was transported to the void.

Admiral Bass nods and hands Grimm a paper.

"This is the contract. You will be payed handsomely and you may request all kinds of things for your missions and preperations. Take your time." he says.

@Starter

"I'm Gale, what's your name?" the man asks as he drives onto the highway.

Alexander begins to follow the people still in Spirit Form.

More demons.

I send my blades to slice up the demons while I activate my Haki and keep looking into the next ten seconds to see any threats.

Koharu sees the demons ahead and sends Saika wires to slash some while she teleports in and slashes at another one, utilizing her state of Zen to ensure a killing blow.

"Ok. Just don't get lost." I say, already flying in the direction of the Atlantic.

"Sure"

I follow suit with the fighter jet.

Beerko grumbles, she trys to fire a cloud of deadly poisonous gas at the demons.

I clench my fists and then shoot the Ice Spike spell towards the demons, throwing many ice stalactites.

I shoot a bullet at a wall in a angle that makes the bullet ricochet off a wall and hit Charley's head.

After a quick moment of thinking, I head back through the original hole I made and follow the main group.

Ted looks towards the sounds he hears.
