I think Naruto medical techniques work kinda like that. They can be used for healing or to disrupt the body's internal function.

TL;DR: Her power is basically to replicate and alter information, in a form of a book. Through that, she could manipulate the memory of people, and making stuff that isn't there to "suddenly" appear, like people suddenly remember them. It's also where her time travel and power mimicry come from, as she could access the info from the book itself, and "trace" it back to reality.

TL;DR: By sealing her conscious thought, she's also sealing other people's conscious thought about her own existence, as if she's a pebble on the side of the road. Aside from that, she could freely read and manipulate their unconscious, so that people see what she want them to see, and facing their own hidden trauma and weakness that they repress.

TBH, I'm a bit torn between picking Issei or Ophis at the last choice. Decide on Issei right now, but Ophis isn't really a bad choice either

I have several concerns.

My first concern is Yago. I remember what happened last time we said you could make weapons. You tried to make portal guns and atomization cannons and things like that. I'm also concerned about weapons like Tasouke and weapons with similarly abstract abilities that you may try to create.

My second concern is Issei's "Statistics Reduction and Limited Power Nullification with Divide (Can continuously halve the power of his opponents and add it to his own. Can halve the power of attacks until they are significantly weakened or eliminated entirely)" and "Defense Break (Can instantly bypass and penetrate through any defensive ability that would stop his attacks from hitting his targets directly)". His Boost ability could also easily reach the tier cap very quickly with just a few uses.

I have mild concern about Arash's clairvoyance, but as long as you stick to combat precog and don't try to say you saw people's actions coming days in advance, it should be fine.
