Like Monarch said, anything that isn't easily wanked, and need actual braincell can get off the list.
...Still doesn't really understand why Kakine get banned though, I mean not like you could wank all those 2500 source of power...unless you suddenly have an urge to suddenly used power based on tech that used other sort of power, like Trigger or any Isekai magic or Food Luck or...yeah, I understand.
