I think at most it gives Zeno resistance to things that kill, or at most the power of destruction, like maybe one possibly. Since the gods say there is no way to kill/defeat him.

well technically he doesn't have feats of resisting poison, but realistically? Yes he most definitely should be, it's literally stated the omni king cannot be defeated no matter what, he is just above anyone else in the verse, unless you want to argue lavenders poison would affect zeno lol.
