Speaking of downgrades, Captain Ginyu Saga Goku is currently Dwarf Star level, downscaling by 10x from Second Form Frieza, because he "Implied he'd be able to assist against Second Form Frieza". But, like, Goku knows that Saiyans increase their strength after recovering from life-threatening injuries.

There’s also an argument to be had that Toyotarou is just bad at some aspects in writing, this seems to be one of them. Didn’t he just draw Gas flying across the universe? And now a ”faster” Gas and Goku can barely blitz across the wasteland? How would he explain this? Slowed down fights?

What Super manga characters should have profiles?

Goten and Trunks for starters. They both fought several Cell Jrs and Vegeta even states Trunks is on par with his Future self (Presumably from the end of the Cell Saga) prior to the USS and then they got the SH Prequel arc where Trunks may have Steam Manipulation and they gained their Saiyaman X1 and X2 identities, which are now being used for the next chapter, meaning they're diverging even more from their anime counterparts and might see more use in future arcs.
It would also be a good idea to make profiles for Gohan and Piccolo. They have very different scaling, feats, different techniques and are getting their SH upgrades. They are very likely to be relevant in the next manga arc so having the profiles ready is a good idea.
As for characters original to the manga I feel like we could add Yuzun (he's the basis for DBS lifting strength so giving him a real profile might be good), Macki and Oil (Both have strength statements, have fought and are working for Freeza so they may appear in later arcs) and I could also see Hedo's SH Prequel androids getting profiles, specifically Beta, Alpha 12 and Dinodroid.
