Context can change things drastically, sometimes the term "universe" can be used to talk about all the live in the universe, or used in the same way as the "end of the world" trope, the buu saga has so many comflicting translations that it makes it hard to me to see which context is being used

both are equally plausable tbh, the former would be an immediate threat that requires urgency, and the other is a terrifying conclusion that would make chaos and terror across the universe without control or way to rationalize, both fitting for a final villain

Toei Kid Buu is high 3-A just off statements claiming he can and is effectively destroying the Kaioshin realm, but he should be 2-C scaling of Buuhan when the feat gets properly analyzed.

also quick question but since this thread was accepted, wouldn't fused zamasu also scale to him fusing with all other timelines since we know he was leaking into alternate timelines of universe 7 (which is possibly infinite) to the point that whis and beerus could feel his ki and call it unpleasant
