Dragon Ball Super Discussion Thread 100

Here's what I have for the GT Goku Rework so far. Currently it's mostly just reformatting to fit the other Goku's, and I'm posting it here so people can freely check on it's progress or assist as they desire. It's possible (read: HIGHLY LIKELY) that GTku's rework will necessitate a Toei-Z rework as well, since they're inherently connected to each other, so I (or isomeone else if they do so it in between the time I'm busy) will create a Sandbox for that as well to get two done in one go.

Goku crossing the afterlife infinite speed

brother

I'm saying IF all movies were included, what are major feats that would be included?
Explain it clearly, because i don't understand what you're trying to say, are you talking about Toei canon or about the Toei Universe being infinitely scalable to the movies?

Goku disrupting the Sun in Cooler’s Revenge, Broly’s shattering of the South Quadrant, and Goku shaking the Afterlife in Fusion Reborn, probably.

I’ve made sandboxes for Toei Goku, I’ll send in sometime

Egh, why is his quote from the inaccurate English dub of GT

thanks

i never mentioned the crt but forget about it

Here, it was accepted that Broly would be 3-A+, with Toei back infinity Universal High Broly

Are there really quotes? Could you show them?
It happens when he transforms into his final form, I don't know if it's in the original or the remake or both.

Also, will the quadrants be accepted as infinite? Or is it the entire darkness beyond the universe thing again.

Because if I recall, one anti feat could be the Southern quadrant not being infinite in Broly, in terms of visual appearance and/or the fact that Broly annihilated most of a quadrant, which would be weird if it was infinite.

There are infinite galaxies, so each quadrant should have an infinite number of galaxies

So we will have Broly Toei back in 3-A+, just remembering that Broly has several quotes from the directors about destroying the galaxies makes me very impressed.

I hate that an Ability page for being bulletproof was rejected.
I could've added that to the Androids.
I—Why would that be a thing? Is that not just heightened durability? Even if they’re only specifically immune to bullets and can be hurt by anything else, just put a “limited” next to superhuman durability and you’re done.

No??????????

During the Pilaf-Tournament Saga, Goku could withstand rounds from Uzis and pistols, but was threatened by a point-blank shotgun blast in the General Blue Saga; Roshi, Krillin, Mr. Satan, and Videl all possess a Durability rating exceeding the kinetic energy of any known bullet but can all be shot; and characters like Bora, the Androids, and Orange Piccolo being bulletproof is treated as unique traits, given the Android's techno(organic) nature and Piccolo's brutish form... and Bora. Furthermore, a character like, say, Mecha Frieza being instantly minced by Future Trunks's sword and a character like Super Saiyan Goku or Android 18 deflecting the sword without injury, or a character like, say, Piccolo being drained by Imperfect Cell and then Android 16's flesh not even being pierced by Cell's tail proves a clear difference between "heightened durability" and possessing the ability to withstand piercing and slashing damage at a high level.

Generally in fiction (see Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Ben 10, The Boys, Resident Evil, Jujutsu Kaisen, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, My Hero Academia, One Piece, Stranger Things, Devil May Cry, Final Fantasy, Mortal Kombat, The Powerpuff Girls, etc.) being bulletproof and being highly durable are separate concepts; in fact, even amongst characters of similiar strength, one can be bulletproof, and the other can be highly vulnerable; hence why indexing it as an ability would benefit the Wiki.

Hell some verses have characters have bullet proof force fields that protect them from slashing damage and piercing damage yet without the force field they're venerable to those types of attacks

I reiterate:
I—Why would that be a thing? Is that not just heightened durability? Even if they’re only specifically immune to bullets and can be hurt by anything else, just put a “limited” next to superhuman durability and you’re done.
Then add the justification of “heightened durability to bullets specifically.” Or “more durable to conventional attacks but not so to piercing attacks.”

Also, I’m pretty sure 16 was pierced and Cell simply couldn’t absorb him because he’s not biological and in fact 100% mechanical (with his flesh being fake).
