No??????????
During the Pilaf-Tournament Saga, Goku could withstand rounds from Uzis and pistols, but was threatened by a point-blank shotgun blast in the General Blue Saga; Roshi, Krillin, Mr. Satan, and Videl all possess a Durability rating exceeding the kinetic energy of any known bullet but can all be shot; and characters like Bora, the Androids, and Orange Piccolo being bulletproof is treated as unique traits, given the Android's techno(organic) nature and Piccolo's brutish form... and Bora. Furthermore, a character like, say, Mecha Frieza being instantly minced by Future Trunks's sword and a character like Super Saiyan Goku or Android 18 deflecting the sword without injury, or a character like, say, Piccolo being drained by Imperfect Cell and then Android 16's flesh not even being pierced by Cell's tail proves a clear difference between "heightened durability" and possessing the ability to withstand piercing and slashing damage at a high level.
Generally in fiction (see Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Ben 10, The Boys, Resident Evil, Jujutsu Kaisen, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, My Hero Academia, One Piece, Stranger Things, Devil May Cry, Final Fantasy, Mortal Kombat, The Powerpuff Girls, etc.) being bulletproof and being highly durable are separate concepts; in fact, even amongst characters of similiar strength, one can be bulletproof, and the other can be highly vulnerable; hence why indexing it as an ability would benefit the Wiki.
