In the latest Dragon Ball movie it was mentioned that Goku still has a long way to go to get there, but i believe you can be soon.

This mode increases your speed thousands of times instantly, in normal combat he already surpassed the speed of light and sound, but he could increase it further with his mode

Anyway, PBH stated that light cannot escape from this, and Goku can't use Shunkan Idou to escape, but can move there(Lol, he just faster than his fastest movement technique). So SoL mode of Dyspo ≠ SoL literally, cuz he much faster than base Goku.
