i had a headcanon of the priest being the true god

it kinda came to be true (in the manga at least)

But he needed to see in every tournament ( even after that fight he continued using it to watch the fights), Daishinkan had to update it to keep up with some characters, but that's literally what he did.

Are you saying when he was deleting people who got defeated in his godpad? Because he din't actually need It to keep up with anyone, just Dyspo.

Only Zuno is arguable, Daishinkan and Zeno don´t have too much knowledge outside of knowing the function of the SDBs

After that he was still using it, there were other fights that he couldn't even follow on his own tablet and complaining to Daishinkan

Zuno, Daishinkan, Zeno, they all know too much about Ss and mentioned that there are no limits to desires and there are no exceptions.

My friend, Zeno is not immune to everything in the verse, you are literally trying to make him endure reality manipulation just because yes, SS simply takes away all of Zeno's powers.

In the latest Dragon Ball movie it was mentioned that Goku still has a long way to go to get there, but i believe you can be soon.

If i wished to Super Shenron to become stronger than Zeno, a being that can´t be defeat no matter what and that is implied many times to be the strongest being In-Verse, could he make such a wish be true?

Yes, he could make that wish, because there is no limit to wishes, mentioned by several sources of greater knowledge.
 
beerus' profile does put him above everyone in U7 except whis, but that's as of the broly saga

what i understand is that goku is only > beerus via UI which he hadn't mastered yet in the anime? or is that goku scales above the 2 Universes feat, not the gods themselves?

No? He used Godpad to slow down so he can see Dyspo attacks, but after, he was seeing MUI Goku vs Jiren just fine.

This mode increases your speed thousands of times instantly, in normal combat he already surpassed the speed of light and sound, but he could increase it further with his mode
