The biggest threat here is either Dormammu or Nurgle because I'm pretty sure they're Outerversal, unlike Hermaeus Mora.

Dormammu is only Outerversal when Amped by the Cosmic Axis. Inside the Dark Dimension he’s probably Complex Multiversal, specifically Low iirc. Would have to check the profile over again.
