I agree with most of what's in the OP though I think references will be needed to source the scans. Other than that, I'm not sure on Dimensional Manipulation for Dormanmu I gotta check that power.
I also don't think Law Manipulation for the Time Stone works, breaking the laws of nature in that context seems to be metaphorical. Strange reversed time which in a sense breaks the laws of nature because that's not suppose to happen, not that it actually has law manipulation. I don't know about the creation or 2-A rage suggestion for it. Besides what I mentioned, it all looks okay.
