I don't recall star level being mentioned for Sora, so I'm thinking Yoda shreds.

It originally was beyond star level because people claimed that Titans equal Zeus who can move entire stars and Sora can beat up the Titans easy. But I guess that claim got overruled.

Well there are Marvel and Star Wars characters that are part of Disney and Marvel makes the majority of appearances in the DB series. If going by Disney original characters (so disbarring Marvel and SW), then the ones that I can name from the top off of my head are King Mickey, Golitah, Jake Long and Scrooge McDuck. Only 4 Disney original characters in total so far, so not quite many.
