Then again, maybe some modern eps can compete with them? BlackRF, DioAlucard, SaitamaPopeye, TrunksSilver are great objectively, at least as fights.

I keep going back and forth on if I wanna see that one get remade. On the one hand, it hasn't aged as badly as some of the earlier MUs, but on the other hand... it IS an earlier MU, and there's a chance it might be outdated research-wise...

I too suffer from wanting to be objective. But screw it, if you like an ep, there is no reason to dismiss it. Crash vs Spyro is great for me, even if its not a top contender.
I kinda actually dont like BlackRF, DioAlucard & SaitamaPopeye that much but they are objectively 9s at minimum.

well, it just depends if you give the cosmic level to the terrarian, from what I see without it and without the light speed stuff steve basically just needs to manage to hit it or survive the time for that to happen.

That 10 gigaton feat for Steve is an extreme outlier. Even then you'd have to do a lot of mental gymnastics to turn that feat into an AP and durability feat. Even then The Terrarian has similar or better feats than that one (Though they are as invalid as Steve's 10 gigaton feat)
Realistically both would be way lower than where this wiki and that blog put them at but The Terrarian should be way faster.

A: Steve being anywhere near the gigaton range is wank.
B: The Terrarian still speed blitzes, and Steve has no reliable way of keeping up with the former's mobility. All Steve has in terms of long range options is Bows, Crossbows, and Tridents, all of which are easily dodged via Hallowed Armor, Master Ninja Gear, Rod of Discord, or, just, flying indefinitely.
C: AP and Speed literally don't matter, like at all. The Terrarian has plenty of hax, can just inflict Acid Venom/Shadow Flame/Confusion, Throw a Love Potion, Petrify them via Medusa Head, dura neg via the Lighting Aura Staff, Transmutate them via Shimmer, etc

I think it's Sam Vs Snake still. Fights have cone close since then, but that one always comes to mind when I think: "I want to watch a really good Death Battle"
Mewtwo Vs. Shadow. It just misses almost every mark possible...I've made my hatred for Shadow well known, but the episode is in an absolutely unacceptable state that really feels it exists just to character bash.
I hate Shadow the Hedgehog, and I'm confident I could've written something that respects the character better.

Venom Vs. Bane is BAD, but it's also a boring type of bad. The type where I forget about it a lot. I have nothing interesting to say beyond that...

Shadow vs Mewtwo is simply hilarious to me. I don't hate it at all.

The explanations are the easy parts, with low 1C being 5 and 6 dimensional structures.
Now making sure that things, places, spaces, dimensions etc. actually qualify as being higher-D in a way that proves infinite superiority over 4D structures, is the hard part.
