So apparently people are saying Funny Valentine loses to Armstrong, what do you guys think?
Nah. Valentine way too fast and too haxxed.

Also they may put D4C as stronger than Armstrong by scaling D4C to Za Warudo, and they put Za Warudo at 441 kilotons while they put Raiden at 100 kilotons.

Even though that’d be the most likely case, it shows there is a crowd, though small, who would probably not be happy with the result. It doesn’t matter its just surprising there’s a bigger crowd than I thought

Apparently more and more people are claiming MFTL MGR and sub Sonic Jojo
Duh.
Who even says that? Backed by what?
I heard people claim MFTL Fist of the North Star when my more lenient acceptable speed wank is relativistic by Kasumi Kenshiro dating Liu Zongwu in a lightning return stroke.

I swear to God, JoJo downplay is ******* wild. The only worse downplay I've ever seen is people claiming that Goku's BOG feat isn't legit.
I mean, can Goku survive in vacuum space or in deep water?

MG record is 2-1
Genji vs Gray Fox-MG W
Armstrong vs Funny Valentine-MG L
Bradley vs Solidus Snake-MG L

So MG would be at 3-3 overall
Wait when did the opinion on Bradley vs Solidus change to an MG L I thought people thought that was an MG Win for the longest time.

Since MG has lost its win-streak but kept its high quality episode count, what's left for the other two franchises that still have no-loss streaks?

Kirby and Godzilla are the two franchises left that have had more than one match (with different characters, Metroid has two eps and two wins, but with the same character & MU) and both wins, and both episodes are high quality (Kirby vs Buu and Dedede vs Wario are some of the best sprite fights on the show imo, and Godzilla vs Gamera is... very aged but good for the time, and Mechagodzilla vs Dragonzord is very based). Do you think these franchises will keep their winstreaks & high episode quality going forward?

Kirby I think loses to Rimuru, maybe Meta Knight vs Shadow, and maybe Hero Prinny vs Bandana Dee

I don't think MK vs Shadow would be done, the popular fight is Meta Knight vs Zero iirc, which is a pretty secured MK win. Unless they go with MK vs Beta Ray Bill which is probably in BRB's court via Thor scaling, or MK vs Schezo from Puyo Puyo which is a little closer.

If they were gonna do Shadow vs a Kirby character it'd probably be Fecto Elfilis, but that's too recent and too niche an MU probably.

Hero Prinny vs Bandana Dee could totally end the Kirby streak if they do it though (I hear Disgaea scaling is crazy, though I hear apparently 2A for some characters like Prinny is questionable), as could Marx vs Flandre Scarlet.

Kirby vs Rimuru is pretty unlikely, I think they've stated something about not touching novel characters and I don't think Rimuru's home series would be something the DB team would touch. Though Rimuru likely would take it, as even if you bring Kirby to his highest level (I've seen people talk about Kirby's cosmology being L1C, there's a current CRT for it as well) which would allow him to overpower Rimuru, he wouldn't be able to bypass Rimuru's immortalities and haxxes that could put him down.

Not to mention I think they're probably more interested in doing Mario vs Kirby, which should be a pretty solid Kirby win unless they do some shit with Mario composition & scaling.

G1 prediction blog was 7-3 in favor of Bradley.

Personally, I still think superior speed + durability negating HF Blade + Exosuit negating Ultimate Eye gives Solidus the win, but I can see superior AP and Durability giving Bradley a win as well.

Forgot about BRB vs Meta, also there’s Madoka vs Kirby, but she’d be better off fighting Nanashi I mean Usagi

So, genuinely interested, what do you guys consider to be Genos' best matchup? I know a lot of people aren't fond of War Machine, and I wonder if Raiden is still his preferred MU. Has anything new or thematic prevailed? I've seen some people push Shinobu Jacobs from NMH.

Any of you guys got Robot vs Human MU's with good connections? I like the thematic contrast of Man vs Machine.
This one isn't a good MU but it does have fitting connections and also fits the man vs machine theme: Ryu VS Classic Mega Man (Street Fighter VS Mega Man)
Famous Capcom heroes that could be considered as a mascot of the company that first debuted in 1987. Both have an old bearded guy as their father figure who helps guide them to the path of good (Gouken and Dr. Light) and has a red blond partner who they are close with (Ken and Roll). Both also dealt with a dark rival who seek to be the strongest (Akuma and Bass) and an evil villain who wants to take over the world (Dr. Wily and M. Bison). Both also learn an uppercut move.

In a meta way regarding their games, both of their first game are considered rough nowadays yet provides an innovated mechanic/design/gimmick for their genre at the time (Mega Man's nonlinear stage progression and SF's special moves) and their sequel that would become a smash hit thanks to their refinements and new additions and outright overshadows the former first game, leading the sequel to become the iconic piece of their history.

In contrast, Mega Man is a young robot that focuses on long range attacks while Ryu is an older human martial artist who focuses on close range combat (though has that Hadouken for his sole projectile).

Sad thing is that the connections here are still more solid than Ryu vs Scorpion.

Honestly, I had envisioned a more real robot vs man. Mega Man's a bit too cartoony for me to really hit the Man vs Machine vibe I'm looking for.
