On the topic of Warframe MUs, The Operator vs The Knight (Hollow Knight) is surprisingly thematic. An obvious stomp for the former I'm pretty sure, but I think I prefer it over Ori.

Connections are they were both children belonging to a once great civilization that has since fallen into ruin (Hallownest and the Orokin), who were imbued with void-based powers, leaving them permanently changed. After this, they were absent from the events of their world for several years, but upon being released, they would go on to learn the truth of their origins that would grant them even greater control over the void. They also both use the transfer/manipulation of the conscious (via transference and the dream nail) as major plot points/abilities later on.

Also having read the stuff about Warframe stats and the most likely MUs, I'm 100% expecting an Excalibur sweep. Ig Zer0 could stand a chance, IIRC BL3 had some wacky cosmic level shit in it. Also curious what weapons they'll go with, though it'll probably just be the starter primary/secondary/melee.

If it's Zer0 they could probably switch it up a bit, granted they are both effectively looter shooters they have to showcase that somewhat.

Give me Drakgoon vs Conference Call so I can see DB's animation software crash and burn in real time trying to render all those bullets. Hell, add The Bee shield particle effects in there, just for good measure.

DevilArtemis is doing the Warframe fight?

That date... Rip the two Excalibur MUs I liked more, I guess. Suppose this is just riding the (apparently non-existent) Overwatch 2 hype train.

IIRC The Operator was considered the single strongest 3D Non-Smurf on the wiki.

Going thru a process of elimination
As we seen Warframe is getting a DB episode

To think we would see a franchise like getting on is a nice surprise but no the question is who will the Rep Excalibur face?

Given there teasing the Mu I don't see it being some in series fight

Definitely against another franchise

So let's go with his common picks

Genji
excalibur_vs_genji_by_ssundpool_df8cfsc-fullview.jpg

Connections (for Excalibur Umbra)

  • Cybernetic Ninja like heroes who joined a team of heroes (Tenno and Overwatch)
  • they wield 2 blades and once of which can emit a light glow when drawn (Umbra has his Nikana and his Energy Blade, and Genji wields wakizashi (short Katana) and Ryūichi moji (long Katana))
  • both were once normal people before getting there cybernetics (Umbra was a soldier and Genji was a ninja)
  • later someone they trusted turned against them and betrayed them (Ballas who was helping the soldiers and being a traitor learned that Umbra knew about his betrayal so he him infected with the Infestation where Umbra was thought to be dead, Genji was thought to be killed his brother, Hanzo who killed him for not taking his role seriously)
  • they would be fueled with anger because of the betrayal but they eventually found peace within themselves thanks to a new ally (The Operator helped calm down Umbra, and Mercy helped out Genji)
  • both would fight against the once who betrayed them but didn't kill them (The Operator and Lotus killed Ballas, and Genji let Hanzo live)

Why this MU: this is Excalibur most popular MU at least with many who knew the series for awhile dating back to 2016,Genji is one of the more requested OW reps and while the series ain't as popular during it's prime it's still relevant today (albeit for different reasons)

Not to mention Ultraguy made a blog in regards to Genji recently which seems to coincidence on it

Volt isn't actually MHS+ in base movement, but he'd get up to Sub-rel with Speed amping him with the trailer feat. (Warframe loves to use trailers for lore dumps if we go by prime trailers so it should be safe to use)
Well... Jinx used trailer dump to scale from Lux in speed and AP, which makes her comparable to Harley Quinn in speed and way stronger in strength.

Makes sense and Genji does not die from characters that scale from explosions visible from outer space or some feats involving planet push backs IG

But would Genji vs Gray Fox be the MU where Genji gets stomped the least hard?

Shouldn't that rather deconfirm that Excalibur is fighting Genji?
That would deconfirm such if the crew want fairness to any cent.

Excalibur still have Gray Fox, Raiden, Zer0 and Hakumen (okay Hakumen is a big no if you truly know and buy what our site says Hakumen is capable of)

Ok but even with something like Homelander vs Omniman researcher won't just straight up tell who wins or how someone is powerful.

Or else we're losing main intrigue key. Researchers telling who wins already deconfirmed some MUs happening this season.

They could easily see it as fair, it's a matter of how they scale and how they interpret feats.

Judging by the blog with what they intend to scale him to and our calculations for said feats, one could estimate that they could very well put him around the High 8-C to 8-A range with, from my limited understanding, FTL reactions (estimate provided based on a conversation I had in DMs) for sparring with Tracer:

Perhaps the blog is interpreting it wrong or making it out higher than what is actually being expressed (I too am not 100% on it because it seems so out of nowhere)
but contrast this with a plausible limit on Warframes being an 80 mega-therm explosion (One used to vaporize a Tenno hit squad, done by Granum Parvos), this would indicate that a 2 megaton yield (Low 7-B) is more than enough to do in Warframes and you get a much more even picture. to the researchers it can be seen as much more fair.

That's not to say I'm not still rooting for Warframes and believe them to be higher than this, but not everyone is the same.

Wow the big admin is coming this is gonna having flames.

Well last time we see character analysis launched...

We need to sit for a while to see him coming to Death Battle. At least we hear nothing about Scott Pilgrim vs Travis Touchdown by now.

Maybe, just maybe, we will see Genji and Excalibur coming to Death Battle but not fighting against each other.

And if you buy more conspiracy theory, Liam Swan (as Sheev Palpatine in DBX Palpatine vs Xehanort) actually made a prediction on Gray Fox vs Genji. I am not saying if Genji will face Gray Fox in the future.

Skrull v Cell >>> Skrull v Piccolo

Skrull beats both if he gets Thor scaling but probably loses to both if not. The connections for Piccolo v Skrull are mega weak tho

Likely if Super Skrull does not have the skyfather scaling and does not get killed by Cell
He likely doesn't need skyfather scaling, they didn't give it to Thor and he still stomped UE Vegeta, who should still be stronger than this FantaPicollo, and he uses his fantastic four powers waaaayy more creatively than the fantastic four use them, so it's still pretty heavily debatable.

Also Piccolo vs Super Skrull is the worst because it's just battle of the green men with stretchy limbs.

actually now i'm curious, I can't remember, has Piccolo ever resisted mind control or memory erasure? Since Super Skrull can do that via eye contact.
Also just realized that we have Piccolo at Mid regen, when he should more likely have Low-Mid since it requires his head to be intact, which is the specific limitation of Low-Mid

Hey Smashor, what do you think of Misaka Mikoto vs Gunvolt? a dude I know likes it
It seems pretty good.

Yeah the thing about GV MUs is that if it's not Zeke von Genbu, GV vs Misaka would probably be my 2nd choice (and I know what you're going to say about Miriam, and I don't know enough about him to say one way or the other)

Also I only just found out about the 6-C upgrade ASG characters got, so yeah GV wins vs Zeke fr this time

What's better, GV's getting a High 6-A thing in Gunvolt 3.
