They gave Doctor Fate access to his wife so he could go into his ultimate form, and Thawne not entirely scaling to Barry and Wally is why his profile is the way it is at the moment, so Black might just pull a win out of his ass if the fight happens, since Thawne can't really do shit against Infinite Zamasu.
