Wait up, we now have 7 returnees this season. Shadow, Lex, Doom, Link, Cloud, Batman & Iron Man.

I know latter two will use much different "strongest suits" style, but that's a big number. It already beats previous seasons returnees count.

Also there's the whole fact that if you use their 50 teraton calc for Gray he's also 2x stronger because scaling esdeath's storm at a 1:1 ratio to physicality is major wank

Death Battle still have Esdeath over Tatsumiya who scales above Shikoutazer whose purge mode attack yields are calculated by them to be over nine hundred teratons of TNT. Which is again questionable.

If you go wild, DC goes HAAAAAM. There is a reason why Pre-Crisis was seperated. Lex with his gadgets, Bruce's Final Batsuit, Flashes and Lanterns in general. Not to mention high tiers like Mxyzptlk. DC is stupid strong.

Ehh FB has the speed advantage and it’s smaller size makes it harder to hit. Also it’s mind haxs isn’t something Tony can’t resist in GK so it’s definitely debatable

To be fair, the main DC and Marvel heroes (Superman, Shazam, Hulk, Thor, etc...) have barely any hax, and what little hax they do have is out of character. Some characters are more haxxed, but the main characters of Marvel and DC are (usually) not.

Anime, meanwhile, is almost always haxxed outside of Dragon Ball.

Sure Superman can phase into people and Thor has some amazing hax that people refuse to specify, but they almost never use these.
