If it really ends up being High end Batman in the Hellbat vs Ironman in his High End armours, he has a decent selection, notably the Godkiller Armours (mark 1 and 2), the Godbuster Armour, the IronDestroyer and possibly the Ziran Armour, most of which should either be roughly comparable to Hellbat (the IronDestroyer is literally just the Asgardian Destroyer Armour but mixed with Ironman tech) or should be outright superior on paper like the Godkiller armours which are designed to fight celestials and did REALLY well, and the mark 2 was simply a overall upgrade to the original.

The Ziran Armour is from a what if?, but is basically the same as the Godkiller armours but also made from literal celestial armour and can apparently do anything a Celestial can normally do, though it's highly unlikely that it will be featured as obviously it's from a What if? You could still reasonably use it with the Godkiller armours though for scaling purposes.

Finally we have the Godbuster armour, which was noted by Stark, Arno AND Ironheart to basically be far beyond anything he's ever built before, and since it canonically was made AFTER the Godkiller armours, which means it should be reasonably far stronger than even them.

Something else to note is, he can still always pull off a Iron Legion and pull in his other armours to help fight. Some decent hax he enters this fight with that could really affect the outcome too, is ofcourse his hacking, and phasing. Something else i only recently found about Iron Man's armour is how strong his stat amps are for his armours, he can crank his armour up by 800% to 3200% and finally 5000% though that one runs the risk of malfunction (nothing life threatening like the Hellbat tho)

Basically I think Iron Man at the strongest wins. He have hax, he can be scaled to speed faster than batman I think and plus the fact that hellbat slowly murders bats combine this with the fact that Iron Man at peak have energy absorption and all what would needed for Iron Man is only time. Lex vs Doom 2 I think.

OH YEAH Phoenix Buster! forgot about that one
