Pretty old post but after some research, it seems to have come to my attention there is a Japanese Mario Galaxy guide that isn’t made by Prima
I have also read the English Prime Mario Galaxy Guide and it does indeed credit Miyamoto for help with the guide: however it does not state in what way he helped, at best it listed “concept art from the SMG dev Team” at the end of the book
in fact there are a lot of guide books uncovered, there’s a Prima Super Paper Mario, a Prima Luigi’s Mansion dark moon, a Prima Wario World, and Japanese versions of those too

Assuming people buy Phenomenon Intervention as something that these characters passively use or can control the effects which I can guarantee DB won't even remotely consider.

Noel would still have her OP immortality and likely has some hax that'll allow her to beat Aegis, even though they are likely to give Aegis the stat advantages, Noel likely will just outlive.

I say that because Bill is probably severely downplayed in tier at the moment. he should at least be 5-B with size manip and probably tier 8-7 with other powers, but still Unknown physically

If not a downgrade, these pages need some serious work, there’s feats listed like “Uni+ for defeating Tirek” and then you look at Tireks pages and he’s got high 3-A at max
